Dr. Geetika Patnaik, O.E.S. - I (Senior Administrative Grade) has had a brilliant academic career with more than thirty-eight years of experience in teaching Psychology. She was awarded a Ph.D. in Psychology in the area of ‘Psychometrics’ in 1989 by Utkal University. Dr. Patnaik is undertaking research work and guiding Ph.D. Scholars in the areas of ‘Personality Assessment’ and ‘Positive Psychology.’ She has published several original research papers and a manual on Personality Assessment. Her books titled Psychology: Theories and Principles and Personality and Positive Psychology have been well accepted by readers.
