The Rhyme of My Life is the journey of a poet discovering solace in poetry - a form of expression like no other. This collection is heartfelt, full of musings, imagination, introspection, and a celebration of the good and the bad in this world by a young poet, a little too obsessed with fictional characters and in love with writing. It often provides a first-person perspective, where the poet becomes the subject in the poem and narrates their tale. It plays with a lot of genres, but the one that stands out is Melancholy. It's a relatable mix-bag of poetry right out of the poet's headspace, that you will hopefully have a good time reading.

Shruti Santosh Sail is a second-year undergrad at IISER Kolkata, but her heart resides mostly in Maharashtra and fictional worlds.
