I Meghna Mukherjee, am a counselor myself. During my practice, I realsied that the counseling techniques i learnt and am practicing are helpful, but often the clients complaint that it takes longer time to follow and cannot be merged with their day to day activity.
So here I came up with the Punch It Out technqiues, that you will find so easy, that you can follow it anytime and evey where.
The only reason I came up with this book and listed down the techniques is because I know people are filled with emotions and feeling of LOW, but they somewhere supress their feelings which can be detrminetal in the long run.
So before it turns into a SCAR take actions without anyone knowing it.
