Dr. Hilal Ahmad Mir

Dr. Hilal Ahmad Mir has completed graduation from Kashmir University with arts background.
He has degrees like Ph.D, M.Phil, and M.A. in Sociology from Jiwaji University Gwalior. He has
qualified NTA UGC NET in Sociology. He has also published a lot papers in reputed journals. He
has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Higher Education, for last seven
years and has served at various Colleges of Kashmir Valley.
Mr. Fayaz Ahmed Najar completed M. Phil in Sociology from Jiwaji University Gwalior. He
holds M.A. in sociology from Aligarh Muslim University. He has qualified UGC NET and JKSET
in Sociology. He has also published many papers in reputed journals. He has two years teaching
experience in the department of higher education, Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
