Pavan Kumar. R is a dynamic advocate, who is passionate about researching things in various fields of law. Having completed his Master’s, specialising in Taxation from the India’s most prestigious law school, the O.P Jindal Global Law School, he was always inclined academically from a very young age and bachelor’s degree in Law from B.M.S College of Law. He is having around 42 plus publications in national and as well as international journals in his name. Presently he is practising as an Advocate at High Court of Karnataka and serving as a Reviewer in ILI Law Review. His areas of practice cover Direct & Indirect Taxes, Maritime Law, Private International Law, to name a few.
