I am MrigankGurudatt, currently enrolled as a student of L.L.M. in Integrated Coastal and Maritime Security Studies at RashtriyaRaksha University, Lavad, Gujarat and I have completed my B.A.L.L.B (Hons.) from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I have written article on “Central Marine Police: A necessary component for India’s NATGRID” and another article titled “Globalisation of Climate Change: Impacts for India”, currently I am working on a research paper to highlight the loopholes in India’s Refugee laws especially those relating to Boat Refugees in the Maritime domain. I have also done a Certification Course on Cyber Investigation using OSINT tools and Techniques from NALSAR Hyderabad. Previously I have worked as an intern in the office of Hon.
