The author is a poet and research scholar. He is currently engaged in the Department of English, Ravenshaw University. His research interests include Classical literature, Modern poetry and Theatre of the Absurd. He has published two collections of poems titled, “Ruins and Recollections” and “Songs of Solitude”. He has also published a research work under the title, “The Darts of Death: A Study of Plagues, Pestilences and Pandemics in History and Literature”.
