This is true regardless of the level of education being provided. Therefore, a library that is well-organized is necessary for the teaching and learning process in a college, particularly when the emphasis is shifted away from classroom-centered teaching procedures. The standard of education is significantly influenced by libraries in a meaningful way. The level of quality achieved in both the teaching and the learning process is directly proportional to the amount of information amassed and distributed by college libraries.
