The author is an economics graduate and having completed Honors in system management from NIIT, New Delhi. He also got trained by the PHD chamber of commerce and Industry, New Delhi on developing entrepreneurship in small industry. The author has earlier worked at computer training institutes as trainer and administrator before entering business in 1993. He is now running a successful manufacturing business.
