Dr. JOSEPH ANTHONY PRATHAP was born in Puducherry. He obtained B.E [Electronics and Communication], M. Tech [VLSI Design] degree, and a Ph.D. in FPGA-based Power Converters in 2017 from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, India.
