Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalDue to the emerging trends in globalization and industrialization, it is imperative for people to learn about work culture. There are numerous of research evidence to support the claim that workplace harassment poses a serious threat to the business world. It is important for the employees and employers to learn about the policies and protocols relating to the safety and security of the employees more specifically to women employees. They need to be educated about the support services available for the victims of harassment. It is equally important for the management to take proactive measures not only to address harassment cases but to prevent such occurrences. Many a time there is a lack of knowledge on victim management in the organization and there is an urge to call for the establishment of partnerships in the victim empowerment sector to effectively address the diverse needs of victims. The constructive working model in line with the victimization approach with a well-designed regulatory framework for upholding the rights of the victims is a pressing priority for the stakeholders. “Victim Management Imperative in Work Culture” gives a detailed description of victim management in the workspace by presenting various models, research, and practices.
