Sonia is a journalist turned Communication & Event Specialist. In her decade over of experience, she worked in corporate communications, main stream media and event management domains. Currently, she is working as a Communication & Event Specialist with a leading events management company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
A humanitarian by nature and heart, she is active in various social causes from free education for under privileged, supporting orphans to conducting various free health camps both in India and UAE.
Apart from this she is a poetess, writer and an amateur photographer. Also known as an enigma, unpredictable, independent, curious and rebel among her family and friends.
Poetry and writing is the medium, which she uses to connect with life, nature and the unknown mysteries of the universe. She was exposed to literature at an early age and with time she started expressing her feelings, emotions and understanding the purpose of life.
Sonia is a graduate in English literature from BJB Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar and has a post graduate diploma in Mass Communication from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Dhenkanal in Odisha.
