Dr.Anjali Daisy holds a Ph.D. degree in the field of Emotional Intelligence. She developed an Emotional Competence Inventory for IT employees in Tamil Nadu. She is a Certified trainer in Emotional Intelligence, DISC Style Analysis, Gamification(IIT Madras), Business Simulation(AIMA Biz Lab).She rendered Emotional Intelligence training for diversified working professionals like police officials, academicians, students and Corporates. She presented her research papers in many international conferences organised by premier institutions . She has won the Best Paper award too. She has published more than 15 research papers in Scopus/Web of Science/SSCI indexed Journals with a h index of 3. She has also published more than 10 book chapters in international publication. She is also a reviewer in IGI Global. She has won the Outstanding Professional Woman award from All India Women Achievers Awards (AIWAA 2022)-Twell Magazine.
