After working for more than 10+ years in the field of education as a teacher or an Educator, it gives me tremendous pleasure to share what I have learned in my academic career. I feel there is always an urge among humans to learn more and as a facilitator, we should keep
learning and disseminating the power of knowledge.
As said by Swami Vivekananda ji-"The only way to bring out the best in an individual is through education." In this book, I have made an attempt to learn about various studies that have been undertaken
by authors across the world and our nation.

As an educator, she feels it is very important to keep up with current trends in the industry.
Educators must stay abreast of emerging trends in the financial sector. The COVID-19
pandemic has underscored the importance of financial literacy for a secure future. Women are
disproportionately affected by financial fraud and abuse, often due to a lack of financial
knowledge. Equipping women with financial literacy through mass education is an effective
solution. However, implementing such programs is challenging, requiring careful planning,
management, and favorable socio-economic conditions. Improving female literacy rates and
female labor force participation are essential prerequisites for achieving higher levels of
financial literacy among women. This book chapter aims to elucidate the challenges faced by
women in financial decision-making and the underlying reasons for their hesitancy to make
such decisions.
