Mr. Sonam Bhutia is presently working as Assistant Professor in the department of Pharmacognosy at Government Pharmacy College Sajong, Government of Sikkim (GoS). He is having 8 years of Teaching and Research experiences. He was Awarded with SPER Young Teacher Award 2023. His research interest is in phytochemistry, Phytochemicals evaluation, drug discovery, Herbal formulation, traditional medicines, natural product, biological evaluation of phytochemicals. He has guided 14 B.Pharm students for their projects. Published two books and three book chapters already. Publishesd more than 20 research/review articles in the national/international indexed journals. Potential reviewer for more than 25 national/international peer reviewed journals.
