The course artificial intelligence will inculcate students on the basics of artificial intelligence through python programming. It introduces some of the application artificial intelligence can be applied. The course covers the principles and technology of how artificial intelligence connected with real world applications. In this big data era, massive amounts of data have been gathered by most of organizations with the goal of utilizing them for the new knowledge or information discovery. This volume of data continues to multiply by minute when new information comes flowing from multiple sources. Artificial intelligence (AI) plays a vital role to extract the useful information and gather knowledge from the data resources. AI is a branch of computer science by which we can create intelligent machines which can behave like a human, think like humans, and able to make decisions. It consists of machine learning, natural language processing, reasoning and knowledge representation. AI transforming business, industry, government, social interaction and research sectors in an efficient way.

Dr Sabenabanu Abdulkadhar is an Assistant Professor and NAAC-Criteria 5 Professor in-charge, IQAC Quality circle member at Computer Science and Applications Department, Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (Deemed to be University), Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. She has completed her PHD in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. In her PHD duration she got two fellowships from Department of Biotechnology (DBT) and University Grants Commissions (UGC), she worked as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in the above fellowships. Her research work focused on Data mining, Text Mining, Text classification and Bio statistics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
As part of her PHD research she has published her research works in peer-reviewed journals like Journal of King Saud University-Computer and Information Sciences, IEEE, Knowledge and Information Systems, Journal of biomedical informatics, Plos one, EURASIP Journal on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology with high level impact factor. She has spent the past decade in research and writing scientific research articles.
