Tariq Ahmad Lone
Dr. Tariq Ahmad is presently working as Associate Professor (IT) at University of Kashmir, Srinagar. He received Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from University of Jammu. He did his PhD from Mewar University, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan in the area of Image Processing. He is well versed in areas viz. Image processing, E-commerce and Data Science. He has published more than a dozen papers in reputed national and international journals. He has participated/presented in many national and international conferences/seminars and workshops.
Dr. Tariq has earlier published a book on Database Management Systems. He has been a guest/visiting faculty at HRD Center (University of Kashmir), Directorate of Distance Education (University of Kashmir), Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) Srinagar, Craft Development Institute (CDI) Srinagar and has been associated with IGNOU as Academic Counselor in the past.
