Swaranjeet S Chhatwal, known as Jeet, is from the field of engineering for last thirty-seven years. He started his career with BHEL in Engineering Design and thereafter he served in various leadership positions in globally renowned companies like Fluor and Bechtel. In recent years, he had been leading a large pool of Engineers as VP and Divisional Head (Engineering) in SKE&C of SK group, a Fortune 100 Korean MNC.

Jeet has traveled extensively around the globe and learnt about the common challenges faced by several organizations. This prompted him to deeply explore the subject of Ownership.

Known for his passion to introduce unconventional ways of doing things, Jeet believes in working through simple mental models to solve complex problems. He had his reach to all kinds of organizations to deeply understand the reason behind the failure of common management concepts.
