Saikat Maiti
The Author hold MSc degree in Construction Project Management from Edinburgh Napier University (Edinburgh, UK) and PhD research experience in the department of Architecture in the University of Strathclyde (2017), Glasgow, United Kingdom and Dong-A university, Busan South Korea in the department of Civil engineering. The author also has about 10 years of professional experience ranging from engineering in a construction site to teaching in the university. Therefore, theoretically and empirically the author is familiar with both management and Construction difficulties. He has 7 publication in international journal and conference proceeding. Also, have own a solid research background.
During the master studies, he did one research projects in TRI group and published three journal articles related to construction management. And after joining in PhD (Architecture) at Strathclyde University, he has published two peer review papers related to health and safety analysis (ARCOM, CIOB) and one abstract approved at ICE. Apart from this on 20th January 2017, he has attended PhD workshop organized by ARCOM and BEAM research at Glasgow Caledonian University. In this event, he has presented a paper about evidence-based learning in building refurbishment. Apart from that, the author also has published two articles related to Conflict management and construction industry and construction health and safety at Taylor and Francis.
Professor Jae ho Choi
The author holds PhD degree in Construction Engineering and Management (CEM) from University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States. The author has more than 5 years of industrial experience in construction management area in Samsung Engineering and Korea Construction Management Corp, both located in South Korea. For the past 13 years, he has been working for Dong-A university in the department of civil engineering as a professor, mainly teaching and conducting research on construction management issues such as public-private partnerships in infrastructure, construction management competency, conflict management, construction standardization, etc. He has more than 50 publication in domestic and international journal and conference proceeding.
