Dr. Shashya Mishra has done her BSc from City Montessori Degree College Lucknow. She has completed her LL.B. from DAV PG College Lucknow (affiliated from Lucknow University). Further, she has got her LL.M. degree in Human Rights Law from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow, A Central University. Recently she has been awarded for Ph.D. from Babu Banarasi Das University Lucknow. The author has a keen interest in research related to the arena of human rights, Constitutional Law, Cyber law and feminist jurisprudence. She has authored more than 20 research paper along with 3 chapters in book. She has participated and presented paper in nearly 40 conferences. Additionally, she has actively participated in several faculty development programmes. She has chaired a session in national and international conferences and has also judged Moot Court Competition.
