LRN is an automobile engineer from Madras Institute of technology, with 36 years of experience in the corporate world.
Work experience:
LRN has worked at senior level positions in various Automotive companies. His last employer was Titan Company limited. Eleven years in Titan Company limited and retired as CEO for the new business division. LRN was also heading the innovation council at Titan and was an active member of the Tata Group Innovation Forum.
Key achievements:
LRN had started a school for Innovation in Titan and the school had produced over 400 trained innovators. LRN was declared winner in two global Innovation competitions held by Management Innovation Exchange in association with Harvard and McKinsey, under the theme Innovating Innovation and Leaders everywhere.
Current assignments:
After leaving Titan, LRN undertakes consulting assignments from corporate companies on Strategy and Innovation. He has very recently authored a book on Innovation titled “The 9 Nuggets of Innovation”.

Prabhakar is a Post Graduate Industrial Engineer with 3 decades of business consulting background. He is a certified Theory of Constraints consultant (TOC) by Goldratt Schools Israel, certified expert on TOC by TOCICO & is associated with TOC for the last 22+ years. He has been personally mentored by Dr Goldratt since 2004 & was closely interacting with him until 2011. Prabhakar was working as the Country Director at Goldratt Consulting between 2007 and 2015. Prabhakar was instrumental in spreading the awareness of TOC in India over the last two decades. He has published several articles & has delivered numerous lectures on the topic of TOC in several esteemed forums.
Prabhakar is currently the founder-director of Strategy and Systems Consulting & Focus and Flow Technologies Pvt Ltd, which he founded during the year 2015. Through his consulting companies, Prabhakar and his colleagues are involved in several comprehensive TOC consulting projects across several industry verticals such as fashion jewellery, fast-moving consumer goods, consumer durables, automotive OEM, capital machinery, pharmaceutical, heavy engineering, fashion retail etc.
In his leisure time, Prabhakar enjoys taking long walks and listening to music.
