Dr. D. K. Sinha, MBBS (Hons.), MS (ENT), MSASMS (Delhi), Ex-professor and Head of Department Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, MGM Medical College, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, has more than 33 years of experience in clinical practice and teaching. He has over 35 publications in state and national medical journals. He worked continuously as the head of the department for more than 25 years. After retirement from a government job, he worked as a professor of ENT and medical superintendent at ICARE Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Dr. B.C. Roy Hospital, Haldia (WB).

He has been a devoted, dedicated and dynamic medical professional with excellent teaching qualities. He is a pioneer of endoscopic surgery in Bihar and Jharkhand since 1985. He has attended, presided and presented several clinical papers in different states and national ENT conferences. He has been awarded a national travel fellowship in 1986 and Dr. B.C. Roy Memorial Doctor`s award in 2006. He has been an appraiser, question setter and examiner of DNB, MBBS, MS and PhD for different universities in India. He has also worked as an inspector medical council of India.
