Jayaker Yennamalla
Prof. Rev. Dr. Jayaker Yennamalla earned B.A. (Social Science) and M.A (Language) degrees from Osmania University, Hyderabad, as well as B.D., M.Th., and Doctor of Theology degrees (History of Christianity) from the Senate of Serampore College (University), Kolkata, India.
He has been the chairman of MB Field Association Shamshabad since 2017. He is the Director of Postgraduate Studies at Mennonite Brethren Centenary Bible College (MBCBC), Shamshabad. He is a Professor of History of Christianity at MBCBC and Advanced Institute for Research on Religion and Culture (a federated programme of Andhra Christian Theological College, Henry Martyn Institute, and MBCBC). These institutions are affiliated with the Senate of Serampore College (University).
He presented numerous papers at regional, national, and international academic conferences. He has contributed scholarly articles and reviews to national and international journals, including titles such as “An Analytical Study on the History and Development of Human Rights” and “Mennonite Brethren Church of India: Transforming Conflict,” among others. Dr. Jayaker is also the author of The Life and Legacy of Local Workers of the MB Church in India and A Guide to Writing and Research.
