Dr. Himangini Rathore Hooja
Dr. Himangini Rathore Hooja, an Organizational Psychologist has over a decade of industry and academic experience in advocating the importance of Human capital at the workplace. With a passion for understanding the dynamics of human behaviour within organizational settings, Dr. Hooja seeks to harness the power of individuals through their strengths, virtues, and positive attributes as the driving force behind organizational success in today's evolving landscape. Her special interest in Government administration is the foundation of this first book.
Dr. Hooja currently serves as the Director of the School of Behavioural Sciences at IIS (deemed to be University) in Jaipur, Rajasthan. She coordinates the inhouse University Journal of Social Sciences and is a subject matter expert reviewer for Springer Nature, Emerald Publishing, Journal of Research and Health, and International Conferences.
A four-time consecutive Rajasthan State champion in Women's Trap from 2015 to 2018, Dr. Hooja has earned a total of 14 medals, including 7 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze at the State level. She has secured one Gold and two Silver medals representing team Rajasthan at the National Championships.
