Diksha Rai
The poet of Ehsaas, Ms Diksha Rai is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Science. She was born in the Mau district of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. She lost her mother at the young age of ten. Her childhood was tough because of it. Being the eldest child of her parents she had to grow up at a very young age. Her grandmother played the role of her mother. She looked after her and her younger brother. The hardship of life made her a hard worker.
Diksha has a passion for classical music and is learning it. The late Harivansh Rai Bachchan is her role model and the inspiration for her poetic work. She believes that when she reads the poems of Bachchan ji, it feels as if he is sitting before her and speaking to her in a special language that only she can understand. Her passion is to help the people in need, particularly for the ignored women in the society uplift their lives.
