Dr. Rajasekaran V, Assistant Professor in the Division of Social Sciences and Languages, works for VIT University Chennai Campus, Tamilnadu, India. He is the recipient of IATEFL International Scholarship to attend 52nd IATEFL International Conference at Brighton, UK during April 2018. He is the recipient of Betty Azar Travel grant to attend TESOL International Convention and Expo at Atlanda, Georgia, USA during March 2019. He has visited many countries including United States, England, Scotland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, Malaysia, Oman, Srilanka and Thailand. He is the conference speaker on Technological Tools and Approaches in ELT and has delivered keynote address in International conferences held in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. He holds an MA (English), an M.Sc (Psychology), an M.Phil (ELT) and PhD in Linguistics. He is the seasoned teacher, researcher and administrator with a decade and a half years of experience. Currently, he teaches ESP & EAP courses in VIT University Chennai, India. He has produced one Ph D scholar. Currently he guides five full time Ph D research scholars at VIT University Chennai campus, Tamilnadu, India. He has served in almost all capacities in academic and administrative cadres particularly as HoD, BoS Member, International Journals -Editorial Board member, Ph.D examiner and Assistant Director. His research acumen can be understood with his impressive track record of 3 edited books, 30 published papers in reputed international journals including Scopus indexed. He has participated at 20 International Conferences, 10 National Conferences, 10 seminars and 15 workshops. He is the most sought resource person and speaker where he has delivered around 100 guest lectures, training programmes and Talks. He strongly believes that Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is his USP.
