Dheeraj is known for starting his own podcast called, "The Executive Show" at the age of 19. He uses this platform to interview various CEO's, Executives, Entrepreneurs and Leaders within the silicon valley of India. He is also a student at Christ (Deemed to be University). His passion for business and thirst for knowledge helped him meet many top executives that have now become his friends. Through his endeavours, he met Mr Shyam Lal for whom he provided digital marketing services. As the bond grew stronger, Shyam Lal took him under his mentorship to teach him about the rough terrains of the restaurant business. Throughout his journey, he has always seeked knowledge from people who are above him. It is always good to pick someone who is already where you want to be so that you can learn from them. Many individuals do not have access to such top professionals. The youth are generally not exposed to such top executives that can train them to be like them. With the corporate world getting highly competitive, it is much likely that such information is in high demand in the market. This gave Dheeraj an idea to write a book. The book is nothing but a compilation of all the learning outcomes that Dheeraj has acquired through his journey of interviewing executives. He always wanted to distribute information in one way or another. The book business is as good as the podcast platform which is growing at a fast rate. People in the market are looking for such information. Hence, distribution of information through the form of book is the most old school method that is still effective.
