Before co-founding Study Metro, Mr. Bajaj worked as a System Administrator with HSBC Global Technologies (INDIA) ltd Hyderabad, and as an AIX Specialist with Gulf Business Machines (GBM) Qatar. He received his Bachelor's in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal.
