With more than Eighteen years of experience in Power Sector, Sh. Bhardwaj is a Mechanical Engineer (BE - Hons.) by profession. He is a researcher by interest, innovator by creative insight and is currently Senior Manager in NTPC Ltd, A Maharatna Company of Government of India. He Worked in Reliance Industries Ltd, Jamnagar, Gujarat (Gas Power Plant) & DCM Shriram Industries Ltd, Kota, Rajasthan (Thermal Power Plant) before joining NTPC. In last over 15 years in NTPC, he worked at Farakka Super Thermal Power Station, West Bengal, Feroze Gandhi Super Thermal Power Station, Unchahar, UP, Engineering Division at Corporate Centre, Noida and currently he is working at Mouda Super Thermal Power Project, Nagpur.
Sh. Bhardwaj, an upholder of professionalism, is MBA from ICFAI University, PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune, Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, Delhi, Certified Boiler Operation Engineer from Govt. of Rajasthan, Certified Welding Inspector from WRI, BHEL, Trichy, Accredited Energy Auditor from Bureau of Energy Efficiency and IRCA UK Certified QMS Lead Auditor. He has completed Executive Diploma in Project Management (EDPM) from International Institute of Projects & Program Management (I2P2M).
His experience is in the area of concept to commissioning of new thermal and solar projects. He also has extensive experience in Design, Erection & Commissioning and Maintenance of Mechanical Systems of Power Plant. He has experience of Planning & Systems of thermal power plants and worked with Industry Leaders. His Book, “Power Plant: Soch se Safalta Tak” got awarded from NTPC Ltd. His Managerial & Technical articles found places in Horizon, GETS, Mouda Darpan & Vidhyut Swar. He has won number of prizes & gold medals while participating in presentation competitions of national repute. Sh.
