In this part, we also cover the basics of Venture Capital its concept, stages of financing, advantages and disadvantages.
3- We present the concept of Leasing in Part Three. Along with that we have discussed the parties involved, types and advantages and disadvantages of leasing. In this part, we also covered the concept of Hire Purchase, parties involved in HP, modus operandi, characteristics, differences between HP and lease.
4- In Part Four, we cover the basics of Credit Rating beginning with its concept, the factors that determine the rating of a company; (CAMEL Model), process of ascertaining credit rating; proceeding to discuss and demonstrate credit rating agencies: CRISIL, ICRA, CARE, S&P, Fitch, Moody’s ratings.
5- In the last Part Fifth, we have discussed the concept of Factoring & Forfeiting; its types, Modus operandi, advantages and disadvantages.

Mr. Anurag Singh Parihar is working as an Assistant Professor, Faculty of Management Studies in AKS University, Satna (M.P.), INDIA in Commerce, Finance and Taxation field, he has a wide experience in teaching and research sector for over the years, he is also a Professional Tax Consultant especially in Income tax and GST field with a practice experience in many years. He has also served as Assistant Professor in Vindhya Institute of Management & Science (VIMS) in Commerce Department; he has also served SRKCPM (Shri Rama Krishna Collage of Polytechnic & Management) along with several other institutions in various positions. He has worked on several Academic and Industrial Assignment in many more years. He is also an active member of IARDO and Legal Adviser of Shri Rama Krishna Humanity, Engineering & Science international journal published by SRKCPM.
