Dr. Shahla Manzoor, M.A and Ph.D in Islamic Studies, PGD-MS (Arabic), PGD (IT), studied at University of Kashmir, Srinagar J&K, India. She has Accomplished NET/SET/JRF in Islamic Studies from the University Grants Commission of India.

Dr. Shahla has been twice nominated as member of Post Graduate Board of Studies in Islamic Studies, University of Kashmir. Author of many research works on Bulghārs and Muslim Culture of the Volga-Ural region, she has contributed to various national and international journals.

Dr. Shahla is presently working in the Department of Education, Government of Jammu & Kashmir. She has contributed to various national and international seminars & conferences besides having participated in many national and international workshops.
