The topmost position is always unique. The uniqueness of the number one position is that can never be shared with anybody. One has to be alone on this topmost position. One cannot be number one after sharing it with number two, three or four.
A little bit of careless attitude may result into slipping down of your position. But what is advantage of being number one and having fear to loose it? Accumulating lots of wealth and being worried about protecting it? After all one day in life, one has to disown, this position of number one too.
