Dr. Laxmi Todiwan
Dr. Laxmi Todiwan is an Educator, Corporate Trainer, and Founder of Indian Women in Hospitality (IWH), with over 25 years in the industry, including roles at the Taj Group, IHM Mumbai and the Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd’s learning centre.
She holds a Bachelor's in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Mumbai, a Master's in Tourism Management, a PG in Training & Development, and a PhD. She is a Certified Hospitality Educator and has acquired PDP certifications from Cornell University, USA.
As a Master Trainer, she has partnered with prestigious organizations across industries and domains, and has spoken at international hospitality summits. She is recognised with awards like Woman Leader in Hospitality and Hospitality Educator of the Year.
Dr. Todiwan writes for the Economic Times Hospitality World and other hospitality and maritime publications. Through IWH, and with her background in psychology and counselling, she champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
