School restructuring initiatives worldwide indicate a paradigm shift towards inclusion. Dr. Arun K. Gupta (Ed) is the Chairman of MIER Group of Institutions at Jammu. He is an eminent educationist with national and international reputation. He has fifty years of experience as a Teacher Educator, Administrator and Researcher. He has authored 15 books and contributed 150 research papers in reputed journals. Dr. Renu Gupta
Dr. Renu Gupta is the Vice Chairperson of MIER Group of Institutions, Jammu and is one of the prominent educationists of J&K State. She has almost four decades of professional experience as a Teacher Educator, Administrator and Researcher and is a recipient of several awards.
Dr. Bharti Tandon
Dr. Bharti Tandon is Assistant Professor in MIER College of Education (Autonomous), Jammu. She did her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA in the area of Special Education and has professional experience of more than 12 years in teaching and research at B.Ed. /M.Ed. levels.
