Kislay Tarun
Kislay Tarun is a dedicated Law Student pursuing is Graduation in a Professional Degree of BBA. LL. B (Hons.) from Alliance University, Bengaluru. Apart from holding a specialization in IPR in his UG, he is highly interested in International Laws.
Out of his interest and intent to convey the society a far more deeper and robust area of International Laws, the author has produced this work. International Adoption may not be a general term as because not every parent desires to adopt a child from a different country nor every orphanage organization is looking for International Parents. But still International Adoptions do take place but is not so smooth and refined in its functioning in all the countries and here is when a conflict of laws takes place.
The highest priority should be to safeguard the major interests of the child being adopted and to protect the rights of that child from every corner. But, are the legislations relating to Inter Country Adoptions really obeying this priority? Is this global phenomena really a reality or just a mind ridden concept?! The author dives deep into this area of law to find out the core points visible with an intention to serve the National and International societies.
