Prof R.N. Bahl has served as a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad, Haryana. He is a Chartered Engineer with 23+ years of teaching experience at the national and international levels for UG and PG students. He has developed several teaching aids and learning materials for students and has guided several credential projects. He has guided a prestigious project BAJA 2009, which got the first position in the Technology Innovation held in Indore. Prior to joining teaching, he has served for more than 26 years in the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (Army), which includes six years of teaching junior and senior officers and eight years in the industry. While in the army, he was involved with the repairs and overhaul of automobiles and tanks. During his stint in the army, he had done two advance level of courses, which are equivalent to post-graduation in Mechanical and Automobile Engineering. He is the author of two books on the important subjects of Mechanical as well as Automobile Engineering discipline.
