Col Ajay Dogra is an Army officer, thinker, educationalist, UN peacekeeper, motivational speaker and guide. He has vast knowledge and experience of pedagogy both in India and abroad. Ajay has served in Indian Army for more than 20 years and has rich experience in Operations, Man-Management and Training. He was the top-level official in Integrated Training Service of United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations in New York. He is expert in program design, development, its implementation and evaluation. He has been instrumental in developing Core Pre-deployment training materials, Staff Officers training materials and materials for National planners in United Nations. He was also a developer and coordinator for US-AFRICOM training and exercises. Ajay has also travelled across the world in Asia, Africa and Europe and interacted with national planners of top level educational and training institutes.
Ajay is an alumni of National Defence Academy Kharagwasla, Indian Military Academy Dehradun and Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. He is a Graduate of Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi and has done Masters from Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi, Berhampur University and Chennai University. He has certification and experience in Competency Based Interviews from United Nations and is pursuing MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
