Alisha can be best described with three words - energy, inspiration and change. She has a tremendous passion for social service. An SPJIMR alumna, she is also a trained Kathak and Bharatanatyam dancer who promotes art and mythological storytelling through dance.
She loves wearing sarees and is very fond of visiting temples. An artist who enjoys experimenting with colours, a foodie who loves cooking and a poet who enjoys solitude.
Alisha's dedication to social service started early in her life. Her first NGO, established at the age of 18, provided education and employment opportunities to the underprivileged. Later, she founded the Happiness Mappers Foundation (HMF) to empower lives through education and employment at the grassroots level. Her motivational speeches inspire students and teachers to challenge themselves and expand their creativity horizons. Alisha lives by the motto of “Spreading Love, Spreading Happiness and Celebrating Life - Every Single Day!"
