Gopal is a Certified Balanced Scorecard Graduate under the mentorship of esteemed scholars Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Norton at Palladium. For more than two decades, Gopal has been an influential figure in facilitating Strategy Development and BSC implementation. He has implemented BSCs and performance improvement programs in dozens of organizations in India and the Middle East.
Having resided in Dubai, UAE, for over 34 years, Gopal also played a pivotal role as an assessor and team leader in the Dubai Quality Award (DQA) initiative of the Department of Economic Development, UAE.
