Dr Ishrat Jahan is a highly accomplished individual with a Doctorate Degree from Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad. She has received prestigious certifications like APSET and IIEECP with distinction. She is awarded with the URD (Iran) Research Fellowship and has received NPTEL- Believer STAR Awards in 2019 and 2021, as well as the NPTEL Discipline Award in 2022. Her book "Orality and Performance: A Study of the Revival of Dastangoi" has published in 2021, and she gained recognition for her research article on "Rohingya Refugees in Hyderabad: Socio-Economic and Educational Conditions" published in Café Dissensus. With more than 30 research articles in reputed journals and conferences. Her dedication to learning and academia is commendable. She also serves as an Associate Editor at the Research Journal of Education, Linguistics, and Islamic Culture.
