Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalMudra meditation is an ancient practice that combines hand gestures (mudras) with meditation techniques to enhance focus and energy flow. Through specific hand postures, often intertwined with yogic practices, Mudra meditation aims to stimulate various parts of the body and mind, promoting relaxation, concentration, and spiritual growth. Each mudra has a distinct purpose, such as reducing stress, improving concentration, or balancing energy within the body. Practitioners usually sit in a comfortable position, close their eyes, and engage in rhythmic breathing while holding the chosen mudra. This practice is believed to facilitate the flow of prana (life force energy) and helps to achieve a deeper state of meditation and self-awareness
