Most of the people in the world doesn’t fulfil their nutrients required for our body and they are known as zero hunger. To resist that kind of activities and enhance the nutrient level in their body, which are estimated by the recommended daily allowance. Now-a-days, all of them are taking English medicine/ homeopathy to treat diseases and that medicines causes some side-effects also, they are analysed only at the later stage. So, our food technologist aim is to make a “Food as a Medicine”, as per the olden days law. Most of the food are unknown, whether they are consumable or not. But the pharmaceuticals companies use that food materials for the production of drugs as well as other form of medicines to cure the diseases.
Alternative aim of this book is to reduces the food waste along with enhance the future foods and techniques to evaluate the new form of foods with their medicinal uses and how the nutrients are analysed. To compensate the over population by these techniques to provide nutrients rich foods to all level of peoples.
