The author is not an exception to this and holds a very strong interest and skill in analysing a case. Tougher is the judgement, more advanced are the skills applied by the author. Kislay had started to learn and refine his skills of analysing cases from the very beginning of his law school. An interesting fact is that the first assignment he recieved for a law paper in the very 1st Semester was a Case Comment and at a very early stage when the field of law was new to him, he stood out from the crowd and executed his assignment with so much of enthusiasm and confidence. The author wishes to refine theses skills he beholds and hopes to enter into a more robust arena of cases
