Shivanga Kumar Gogoi was born on February 22, 2001, in Sukanjan village in the Jorhat district of Assam. Shivanga completed his high school at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Jorhat in 2018 and higher secondary at Cotton University, Guwahati in 2020. He is currently studying Power Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (B.Tech) degree at the Jorhat Institute of Science and Technology of Jorhat, Assam.
