Shirish is a fitness enthusiast and has been doing weight training exercises for many years.

Like all enthusiastic and upcoming bodybuilders, his goal was also to develop a great physique and maximize his gains from weight training exercises.

After having interacted closely with various trainers in the gym, his curiosity about weight training exercises led him to fulfill his desire of obtaining more knowledge about weight training.

In the year 2015, he obtained his fitness trainer certification from the International Sports Science Association.

In the year 2016, he set up his own gym. The tremendous response to his gym and his training style led him to obtain the certification of bodybuilding specialist and the certification of fitness nutrition specialist in the year 2018 from the International Sports Science Association.

Regular discussions and interactions with the gym members and trainers made him realize that there is a lot of misunderstanding and misconceptions about weight training exercises in the minds of the general public and even advanced bodybuilders.

He, therefore, felt that the valuable and tremendous knowledge acquired by him through the certification courses of the International Sports Science Association should reach all those who are interested in doing or starting weight training exercise.
