Since very beginning he couldn’t meet her due to unfavorable circumstances. The same goes for her too. Author somehow came to know about his elder sister and tried a lot to meet and talk to her. Unfortunately he couldn’t make it. for showing his care for his sister, showing how much he missed her and for showing his concern for her and her importance in his life poet wrote his feelings in form of poetry, Hopping that someday the Book will reach up to her.
The book is given its name on the bases of indian mythological story of god moon and his 27 wives. Where “rohinee” (the constellation) was his most favourite. As in indian astrology moon spends its most of the time in rohnee constellation. Thus she is also known as “Shashee priyaa”. Here “shashee” means god moon and “priyaa” means a lady been loved. So book is given its name on the name of author’s or poet’s elder sister which means “shashee priyaa” and “rohinee”. Both these words are originally a sanskrit words.
This book contains total 15 items including 13 poems & 2 written paragraphic letters to elder sister trying to give words to emotions.

Author himself is a Ayurved Acharya from Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar. A self motivated, solution and Development oriented personality not only in Ayurveda, medicine and health, but also in life. He is also interested in understanding the orthodox rituals with the reference to indian cultrual scientific literature of "VED" and "UPANISHAD".
