Dr.M.Beulah Viji Christiana

Dr. M. Beulah Viji Christiana, Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Panimalar Engineering College affiliated to Anna University , has a got a rich teaching experience which spans over 19 years. She is an experienced and innovative student focussed professional and mentor with a proven track record of excellent teaching skills. Her academic qualification encompasses Post Graduate degrees in English Literature and Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University and she received her M.Phil in Management Studies from Bharathidasan University. She was awarded Ph.D in Management Studies from Mother Teresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal in 2012. She has published more than 40 research articles in various national and international journals of repute as well as in conferences. Known for her extensive exposure in mentoring students through igniting their creative and innovative ability as well in stimulating them to think logically and analytically, she has guided many students in their research projects pertaining to the various functional areas of management. Besides she is also known for her role as a reviewer in various journals and books and she has authored three books on “Strategic Stress Management of Gold Collars”, “Principles of Management” and “Organizational Behavior”.
