Chef Moksha Sharma
Moksha Sharma is a passionate Pastry Chef whose curiosity for baking was kindled in her childhood, while watching her mother bake goodies for her. She started baking at the age of eight and hasn’t looked back since. To fulfill her dream of becoming a Pastry Chef, she successfully graduated from the famous French culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu, and has worked in many five star hotels and bakeries at various locations since. Her vast experience and love for her profession has led her to launch Sugar-Coated Seasons, which is a culmination of some of her first few concepts with which to revolutionize food and dessert industries globally. She specializes in European and American pastries and sugar sculptures and is a budding Master Chocolatier.
Moksha is young, passionate and humble and believes in giving back to society and helping others, even as she scales the ladder of success. She aspires to be an inspiration for many young cooks and home-bakers to take the professional way into a kitchen. She hopes that this book will prove to be a stepping-stone for those young aspirants.
