Before starting the sessions, users can touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index finger to form Gyan mudra ( or any other mudra of their choice ) and then start the session!
Users can chant the given mantra once (or thrice) and then do each of the activity given in the session for 30 seconds to a minute.
The abdominal breathing activity in one of the sessions can be done by pushing the belly out while breathing in and pulling the belly in while breathing out. Other activities will be simple breathing activities and mantra chanting activities!
Alternate nostril breathing can be done by breathing in through left nostril and then breath out through right nostril. Then, breath in through right nostril and breath out through left nostril to complete one round. Repeat a few rounds.
You can complete one or more sessions each day. After completing a session, you can book mark the page by folding the page so that you can continue the session the next day
And after completing three rounds, you can start again from the beginning!
