Responsible Coalition for Resilient Communities (RCRC)
The Responsible Coalition for Resilient Communities (RCRC) is a network of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) dedicated to fostering collaboration among various sectors—civil society, government (Sarkar), market (Bazaar), and communication (Sanchar) towards the upliftment of marginalized communities in India. RCRC’s vision is to create a sustainable platform where civil society actively engages with multiple sectors and stakeholders to promote an inclusive, equitable, and just future for marginalized rural communities. Currently the network comprises 96 CSOs across the lengths and breadths of India. The State of Rural Vulnerability Report 2023 is RCRC's first knowledge product which highlights data points on rural vulnerability through a household baseline survey led by 39 CSOs from the network.
